I was lucky enough to meet little Finn a few weeks ago. Such a sweetie pie and a big time flirt! The family was really fun to work with and I think we got a lot of great pictures because of that.
No, I didn't shoot this wedding - I just attended. But I love taking my camera to different places & having fun with it! The reception was at this gorgeous castle and the kids and I had a great time exploring the grounds!
I'm also available for parties! The presents, the laughter and most importantly - the CAKE (shameless promotion - go to designercakesbyangie.shutterly.com to see the beautiful creations that come from the talented Angie Steinheider)! These moments are definitely worth capturing.
Kids are so much fun to shoot (okay - that sounded bad!) They give you so many different faces and their moods change in an instant - which may be difficult for the parents, but fantastic for the photographer! There's nothing like catching a REAL moment.
Here you will find some fairly recent photos of the newborns that I have had the pleasure to capture on film. They were all beautiful subjects, so I had no trouble getting great images out of them!
I don't exactly have a way with words (which is why I'm an art director and not a copywriter), so I'm starting this blog as a way to share my recent work and hopefully snag some business along the way (so please don't expect any witty revelations from this blog)! I have been working in the advertising field since 2003 and have had a bevy of different titles and responsibilities, which have made me the well-rounded creative genius that I am today! I started as a video producer & editor, then began dabbling in photography and finally ended as a full-blown art director. I do miss my roots, however, and am starting to get back into editing videos and taking pictures. I love being able to capture special moments in other's lives and really help them make lasting memories. Please feel free to contact me at jillsteinheider@hotmail.com if you'd like for me to help you create lifelong memories as well. Thanks!
